shipping and returns

our super soft underthings ship to the uk, europe, usa and canada. orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment received, unless otherwise stated.

haze underthings is not responsible for any delays once dispatched. 

customs and taxes

haze underthings is not responsible for any customs charges, duties tax or handling fees that your package may incur. if you refuse your parcel due to additional charges, any duties that arise during the return shipping back to haze underthings will be taken off your refund.

we are not able to mark items as a 'gift' or of 'low commercial value' as it is illegal to do so.

if you would like to exchange your item (excluding knickers for hygiene reasons), please contact us via hello@hazeunderthings.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

returns, exchanges and refunds

customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

we always advise recorded delivery via your local post office or courier. please note that haze underthings can not be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post.

please make sure you include a note in your parcel with your NAME, ADDRESS and ORDER NUMBER. please note any returns without a name and order number may not be able to be processed.

if you want to exchange your item for another, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

all refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the product and credited back using the original form of payment.

if you have not received your refund after a week from receiving the email, please contact us at hello@hazeunderthings.com.

damaged, faulty and sale items

if you receive any faulty items, please contact us immediately at hello@hazeunderthings.com. we may ask you to send a photograph of the damage.

we will send you a replacement if available, otherwise a refund will be issued.

once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

we do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods unless there is a fault with the item. this does not affect your consumer rights.
